In 2026, a large-scale modernization was carried out at A-CONTRACT production sites.
The main focus is on expanding the range of services in the field of complex electronic assembly, including products with non-standard requirements. The capabilities of the test facility and printed circuit board X-ray inspection section have also been significantly enhanced.
The company's engineers continuously improve their skills to successfully implement advanced technologies at the plant.
A-CONTRACT specializes in manufacturing electronic components with custom requirements. The company's technical specialists not only professionally perform DFM analysis but are also ready to participate in customer R&D to optimize the board design for manufacturing capabilities.
As part of its production capacity expansion, the company expanded its selective soldering and selective moisture protection sections, equipping them with new systems. Combined with the existing equipment, this allowed for faster order fulfillment and the assembly of large quantities of boards within short lead times.
A-CONTRACT has expertise and extensive experience in manufacturing electronic modules designed for use in harsh environments, including frequent thermal cycling, high vacuum, and pressure. These devices are used in the avionics and space industries, automotive manufacturing, and industrial equipment.
The most important stage in the production of such printed circuit boards is quality control of the assembly and conducting all necessary tests, which ensures 100% reliability and durability of the finished products.
That's why a significant expansion of the testing complex has become a key focus of the A-CONTRACT plant's modernization. Currently, the control and testing areas are equipped with:
// ten climate chambers “heat-cold” and “heat-cold-humidity” with a volume of 80 to 1200 liters, allowing testing according to customer specifications in the temperature range from -70 to +100 °C;
// electrodynamic test rig;
// three X-ray control systems with tomography function;
// in-circuit testing equipment and adapter testing equipment;
// JTAG testing stand;
// automatic optical control systems, solder paste application control systems.
Through continuous equipment upgrades, A-CONTRACT implements innovative technologies and guarantees each customer consistently high-quality electronic components.
