ELECTRONICA Award: Call for Proposals

We invite Russian developers and manufacturers from the electronic, electrical and related industries to share their achievements and take part in the award! Not only innovations, but also improved developments are accepted.

The purpose of the award is to recognize the achievements of Russian companies in the field of electronics. Participation in it becomes an effective promotion tool and provides an opportunity to receive high-quality feedback from the professional community: colleagues and consumers of their products.

Award participants have the opportunity to place a sample of their development on display in a special section of the award at ExpoElectronica 2026 and present their products to a wide audience of visitors to the specialized exhibitions ExpoElectronica and ExpoCifra.

To send an application, you need to fill out the form on the website, choosing one of the 10 categories:

// Production outsourcing
// Electronic component base
// Technologies and Means of Electronics Production
// Technologies for CII
// Industrial Marketing
// Robotics
// Distribution
// Training of personnel for the industry
// Localization

This year, the regulations of the Award are as follows:

// until March 10, 2026: acceptance of applications for participation in the Award. Participants submit applications through the application form on the Awards page, confirm their participation and prepare documents in accordance with the documentation requirements for the selected category.
// March 12 – March 23, 2026: Online voting by the Electronica Connect user community.
// March 23, 2026: Test the connection of participants. The purpose of the test is to ensure uninterrupted online support for all applicants during the final presentation. Participants will have access to the Electronica Connect webinar, where they will be able to test: connecting camera and audio; the operation of the interface for the presentation.
// March 24 and 25, 2026: online presentations of participants, project defense, meeting of the expert jury. According to the pre-approved schedule, these days there will be a presentation of products by applicants to experts. Up to 6 minutes are allocated for the presentation of the product, followed by questions from experts.
// April 13, 2026: collection of samples of participants for the design of the Award showcase.
// April 2026: summing up the results of the Award, the award ceremony for the winners at the ExpoElectronica 2026 exhibition. As part of the award ceremony, the winners are awarded a diploma and a commemorative award.
