The 27th international exhibition ExpoElectronica 2025, where our company PA "Contract Electronics" took part, has ended. The results were very interesting!

The exhibition turned out to be much more dynamic than last year, despite the influence of domestic and international factors putting pressure on the country's economic development.

The first day was active, the second was the peak, but on the third day the intensity dropped almost by half. At the same time, the general atmosphere of the exhibition inspired optimism: participants and visitors demonstrated confident adaptation to new market conditions and developed strategies for the coming years, including 2026 and beyond. Our company is also among the participants who confidently look to the future and are ready to make long-term plans.

This year our pavilion had a significant area, but even this space was sometimes not enough for comfortable interaction with all our numerous guests. Each zone of the stand was involved in active communication, where meaningful conversations were held on a wide range of issues and current proposals were discussed.

Over the past year, from April last year to April this year, the most important result was the clear formulation of the basic principles of our activities, which culminated in the creation of a short film . This video clearly demonstrates the main values ​​and competitive advantages of cooperation with our company, winning the attention of the audience and collecting many positive reviews.

The main changes that have occurred in our company:

1. We have adjusted our business model. Historically, we worked on the principle of "From idea to product" and offered our own developed goods and products, in addition to contract manufacturing. This concept gradually lost its relevance, and starting in 2021, we have chosen a fundamentally different path. Today, our activities are built around the concept of "Precise implementation of your idea" . This means that we are ready to accept your idea or design documentation and implement them in hardware: make a development, produce a printed circuit board, cable assemblies, electronic modules, metal or plastic cases, etc. That is, the idea or design documentation belongs to the customer, and we only professionally implement it into a real product. In this case, the customer takes on the creation of this idea and the promotion of their product. If the customer has an idea, but no design documentation, then we can provide the development service either with our own resources or by involving our partner design centers in this task.

2. We expanded the pool of Chinese production facilities, in addition to Russian ones. Today we have 4 factories in the Russian Federation and 8 in China, and we are constantly working to find new sites to improve the conditions for manufacturing our clients' orders. The last exhibition was no exception, we examined about 40 new Chinese companies that positioned themselves as contract manufacturers, and found that only a third of them were factories, and two thirds were trading companies. This is one of the common practices in China, when companies, taking advantage of the fact that it is difficult for foreign clients to understand the local specifics, present themselves as factories, although in fact they do not have their own production.

3. Gained extensive experience working with Chinese partner factories. Since spring 2022, we have conducted a study of more than 80 companies, selected the most reliable and ready to work in close collaboration with us and in compliance with the established technologies. At the selected production sites in China, we have fulfilled for our clients >350 orders for electronic modules totaling more than 200,000 pieces, while the average production time was 60-65 days from the moment the order was placed to the shipment of finished products from our warehouse in Moscow, and the minimum was 29 days. The percentage of assembly defects was more than 0.5%, which is a good indicator for a contract manufacturer for virtually non-repeating orders. The average time to eliminate the few defects in modules in the Russian Federation was 2.5-3 weeks.

The objectives of the changes were:
