The event will bring together scientists, representatives of industry and government institutions to discuss the vectors of industry development.
From September 27 to October 3, 2026, the XIII Russian Microelectronics Forum will be held at the Sirius University of Science and Technology (Sirius Federal Territory), an intersectoral platform for discussing strategic vectors for the development of the domestic electronic component base and breakthrough technological solutions in the context of the new industrial reality.
In recent years, the Forum has become one of the most important events in the field of high technology in Russia: it develops a strategy for ensuring technological sovereignty in the field of micro- and radio electronics, discusses industry development programs, state support measures, tools for strengthening scientific and production ties and personnel policy. The international status of the event is confirmed by the geography of the participants: in 2025, the Forum brought together more than 3,500 managers and specialists from 141 cities of Russia, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan and China.

Business and scientific programs for 2026 include:
12th Scientific Conference "Electronic Component Base and Electronic Modules" (September 28 – October 2, Sirius University): plenary sessions with the participation of heads of federal executive bodies and meetings of 14 scientific and technical sections.
Business program: open and closed meetings, business breakfasts, presentations, poster presentations, round tables on topical issues of the industry and press conferences.
Exhibition of the forum "Microelectronics 2026" (September 28 - October 2): a showcase of technological progress presenting the achievements of microelectronics and related industries.
School of Young Scientists (September 21–29): a communication environment for more than 700 beginners and established microelectronics specialists.
Pre-Conference No1 "Trusted and Extreme Electronics" (September 7–11, Moscow).
Pre-Conference No2 "Electronic Component Base and Radio-Electronic Systems" (September 17–18, Zelenograd).
The Forum is held by MERI and NIIMA Progress with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The general partner is the Advanced Research Foundation (FPI). ExpoElectronica Ecosystem | ExpoCifra will also take part in the event.
