The Russian robotics industry is entering a phase of qualitative changes. The growing demand for automation, personnel shortages in industry, the departure of foreign suppliers and active government policy have formed a powerful development impulse, which is already reflected in key market indicators. According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the volume of the domestic robotics market at the end of 2024 reached 10.3 billion rubles, an increase of a third. Staff shortages, sanctions, and the departure of foreign brands have freed up the market and made automation more attractive to investors.A survey of companies shows:// 88% of enterprises plan to expand their staff, // hiring growth will be about 20% annually, // design engineers, programmers and sales specialists are most in demand, // 41% of companies develop exports, focusing on Southeast and Central Asia.
