We invite you to participate in the next event of the 12th Scientific Conference "Electronic Component Base and Electronic Modules" – Pre-Conference No1 in Moscow, and in the track of review and discussion sessions on the sidelines of the Forum in Sirius. From September 7 to September 10, 2026, the Pre-Conference No1 "Trusted and Extreme Electronics" will be held in Moscow at the site of the Consortium of NRNU MEPhI and ENPO SPACE JSC as part of the Russian Forum "Microelectronics 2026".

The event will bring together specialists from scientific organizations, industrial enterprises, universities and government bodies to discuss the prospects for the creation, application and performance of electronic components, electronic equipment and software and hardware systems. The program includes 50+ reports in five thematic blocks.

The traditional direction of the Pre-Conference will remain extreme electronics - the "Extreme Electronics" block (moderator - Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Physics 3 of NRNU MEPhI and Director of the Testing Center of ENPO SPELS JSC Georgy Viktorovich Chukov). Specialists will discuss the creation and testing of products designed to operate under radiation exposure, expanded temperatures, increased electrical loads, electromagnetic interference and other external destabilizing factors.

Recently, an important challenge has been the import substitution of technological equipment, the topical issues of which will be considered in the next block "Technological and Control and Measuring Equipment" (moderator – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of Department 3 of NRNU MEPhI, Deputy General Director for Testing of ENPO SPELS JSC Anastasia Vladislavovna Ulanova).

Design, development and manufacture of microelectronics products of different classes (from microwave to passive) will be devoted to a separate block of reports "Development and production of electronic components of microelectronics, microwaves, photonics, microsystem technology, passives" (moderator – Ph.D., Director of the Design Center for Solid-State Analog-Digital Microwave Electronics of NRNU MEPhI Nikolay Alexandrovich Usachev).

A special place in the program will be given to the issues of ensuring and confirming the power of attorney of electronic products within the framework of two thematic blocks: "Trusted Electronics" and "Development of Standardization in Trusted Electronics" (moderator – Leonid Nikolaevich Kessarinsky, Ph.D., Deputy Director of the Certification and Testing Center for Information Security and Information Protection of NRNU MEPhI). Participants will discuss what requirements should be imposed on the electronic component base, radio-electronic devices and software and hardware systems for critical information infrastructure facilities, as well as how compliance with these requirements should be ensured and confirmed at different stages of the product life cycle.

The whole day will be devoted to discussing approaches to standardization in a relatively new area – electronics for critical information infrastructure, co-moderated by experts from Rosatom State Corporation and NRNU MEPhI. Dmitry Vladimirovich Gogolev, Ph.D., Deputy Chairman of TC 167, Project Manager of Rosatom State Corporation, and Ivan Sergeevich Grebennikov, Head of the Central Body of the VCS "KII-CERT", Head of the Conformity Assessment and Standardization Department of NPO KIS JSC, Executive Secretary of TC 167, are invited to participate.

The discussion will focus on the proven quality and safety of electronic products. The concept of quality includes performance, reliability and resistance to modes and operating conditions, and safety includes informational, technological and functional components. Special attention will be paid to the controllability of the life cycle of the electronic component base, the traceability of its origin and production, the identification of counterfeit products and undeclared opportunities.

Participants will consider the development of national standards, certification of trusted PACs and ECBs, the formation of test requirements and confirmation of product compliance with the intended operating conditions. A significant part of the program will be devoted to practical mechanisms for ensuring power of attorney: control of design and technological solutions, verification, testing, assessment of reliability and durability, as well as preservation of the confirmed properties of electronic products at the stages of production, delivery and operation.

The event will be held in person and online formats at: Moscow, Andropova Avenue, 18, building 5.

The pre-conference will be the Moscow stage of preparation for the main program of the Russian Microelectronics Forum 2026, which will be held from September 27 to October 3, 2026 on the Sirius Federal Territory. Discussion of trusted electronics issues will continue within the framework of the track of review and discussion sessions "Trusted PACs and ECBs for Regulated Markets of Critical Information Infrastructure".

Up-to-date information, the emerging program and conditions of participation are published on the official page of the Pre-Conference No1.

Member of the Organizing Committee of the Forum, Head of the Pre-Conference No1 and the Track of Review and Discussion Sessions of the Forum, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alexander Nikiforov: "Autumn is coming soon, which means that we will meet at the Russian Forum "Microelectronics 2026", which will be held on the Federal Territory "Sirius" from September 27 to October 3. The scientific program of the Forum's sections has already been largely formed and it is planned to hold the traditional track of review and discussion sessions "Trusted Electronic Components and Electronic Components for Regulated Markets of Critical Information Infrastructure", which develops and complements the Forum session of the same name, held as part of the ExpoElectronica exhibition in April this year – a detailed report is presented in the column of the editor-in-chief of the last issue (No3) of the journal "Information Technology Security".

The opening meeting of the first day of the track is planned to be devoted to technological security – the protection of ECB supply chains (organized by L. N. Kessarinsky). Next, let's consider the state of affairs regarding the transition of significant CII objects to trusted PACs (organized by K. A. Smaznov).

The second day of the track is devoted to the issues of ensuring the cybersecurity of electronic components and electronic products (EW). Session No3 will consider the applicability of the accumulated experience and methodological tools for searching and parrying vulnerabilities in software for analyzing the security of the REP hardware (organized by D.
