- Winners are chosen through a combination of evaluations by an independent expert jury and the ExpoElectronica website's visitor community. - The jury follows specific evaluation criteria for each nomination to ensure an objective selection process. - Website visitors vote based on the information provided by nominees, drawing from their own experiences and preferences. - The final winners are determined by calculating an average score that considers both the jury’s assessments and the results of the online voting.

March 11 – March 28, 2025 : Online voting of the User Community.
March 26, 2025 : Testing the connection of participants.
March 27-28, 2025 : Online meeting of the Expert Jury, project defense, determination of Laureates.
April 16, 2025 : Summing up the results of the Award within the framework of the ExpoElectronica exhibition
The Prize is open to individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who submit all required documents in accordance with the Prize terms.
Participation Fee:
For Exhibitors:
Showcase Display: RUB 70,000 + VAT
Includes exhibit placement in a dedicated Award section, listing in the printed guide, interview publication on the website, nominee profile on the Awards page, promotional campaign, jury and visitor voting process, and participation in the award ceremony.
Extended Participation: RUB 120,000 + VAT
Includes all Showcase Display benefits, plus a half-page ad in the printed guide and logo placement in the participant list.
For Non-Exhibitors:
Showcase Display: RUB 70,000 + RUB 74,500 (registration fee) + VAT
Includes the same benefits as the exhibitor Showcase Display package.
Participation in the Industrial Marketing category is free.
